The specific scope is defined based on the delivery model and agreement for each project.
- Review workflows and agree on the implementation scope and plan.
- Set up and configure CENLAB according to the scope confirmed by both parties.
- Guide data standardization, prepare initial data and agree on the data entry/import approach.
- Support UAT, configuration adjustments, go-live, handover and acceptance according to plan.
- Provide guidance for system administrators, Key Users and end users according to agreed roles and scope.
- Delivery may be online, onsite or hybrid according to the implementation plan.
- Provide electronic user guides; additional training or materials outside the agreed scope are handled separately.
- Warranty and support periods are defined by the delivery model and specific agreement.
- Resolve software issues, answer questions and support system administrators and Key Users according to the applicable service policy.
